There are women whom rumors call femmes fatales. Some of them are well-known in history, and the contemporary abductors of male hearts are called by their names.

Legends are written about these women, poems and serenades are devoted to them. Men admire them, women hate them and fiercely envy them. Both those and others call them fatal. Who are they – the femmes fatales? Do they really exist or is it just a myth?

The first and most important thing to say about the femme fatale is that her appearance does not matter. She can be a real beauty or possess the most average appearance. Sometimes people say about her: ‘She’s a miracle beauty!’ Sometimes people hiss: `But she is ugly — what did he find in her?!`

The fatal woman differs from all the others, because she always changes the life of a man with whom she enters into some kind of relationship. Fatal type of woman is characterized by strong self-confidence. She clearly knows what she wants, and confidently goes to her goal.

In every new man the femme fatale is looking for her god. But not the one whom she could worship — not a single man can expect this from her! She is looking for a god who could fulfill all her desires, realize all her dreams. She allows him to love her, and in return she receives everything she wants. She is the femme fatale!
